Privacy

Provider

This privacy statement applies to all services and pages available at phoenitium.de and subdomains thereof. The services are provided by Phoenitium GmbH ("Phoenitium"). Pleas see the Legal notice section for contact information.

Access logging

Whenever a page is accessed, the following data are logged:

The full IP address is only logged temporarily in order to trace and to mitigate malicious attacks against the server. Only a shortened version of the IP address (i.e. the first 24 bits for IPv4 addresses) which does not enable the identification of individuals is used for statistical purposes. Phoenitium does not pass access data on to third parties unless it is forced to do so by law or on the basis of a court decision. Only truncated data are used for that, and they are not combined with other data that could enable the identification of persons.

Personal data

Wherever this site provides an option to transmit personal information (in particular names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.), you may request information on what personal data related to you are stored using the address given in the Legal notice section. You may also request that the data be deleted.

Cookies

phoenitium.de only uses session cookies in order to enable the login process for registered users of a particular service. No cookies are used for visitors that are not logged in. However, third party services integrated in some pages may use them (see next section). Phoenitium generally recommends configuring your web browser so that all cookies are deleted when it is closed.

External services

This website may integrate external services such as maps. The providers of these services may record your IP address, use cookies or trace your activities through other means. This is beyond the control of Phoenitium. Furthermode, pages may contain links to services offered by other providers. If you follow these links, these providers may record your data. In order to minimise your data footprint, Phoenitium recommends using the Tor browser or a virtual private network (VPN).
